Over 50 PQE employees and their partners attended a celebration at the Errigal Hotel in what was a very enjoyable evening for all.

The “Race Night” entertainment went down a treat and gave the opportunity for all to mingle and have a bit of banter and fun. Before most lost all their tokens on “certainties” Paul Quinn, Managing Director spoke about his experiences during his 20 years in business.

Paul outlined the progress and challenges since he started the company in a small premises in 1999. He spoke of the gradual increase in business through the years and the importance and loyalty of prestigious customers who are at the heart of the organisation. Adding people and technology is very much part of the success. Not all good times though as he outlined the effects of the recession and its impact on the business. Paul recognised the contribution of his employees and together with his wife and co-director Niamh made service awards to 11 of his staff. He also recognised the contribution of three external business managers who were particularly helpful throughout the years. As Paul said “Here’s to the next 20 years!”
